Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers modern, clean rooms with cozy beds, a good shower, and a spacious bathroom. The room service is excellent, although there is an extra fee for in-room WiFi. Overall, it's a comfortable place with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was excellent overall. The room was very nice with a cozy bed, good shower, and a huge bathroom. Room service was top-notch, and they even treated me as an Ambassador guest.
The hotel was very comfortable and convenient to our conference location, but the rooms had depressing blackish colored walls and ceiling. The service was a mix of helpful and friendly with a quick response, but there was an extra fee for WiFi in the room. The location was good for downtown activities but disappointed by the lack of customer service skills. The dining included a variety of options but was not impressive. Overall, a reasonable value with some drawbacks.
